What Would You Do? Busy Bee Edition:

You realize you have an appointment during the time you are scheduled to clean an office. It’s just for this week that you have to make a change. You can’t be at both places at the same time. What do you do?

  1. Give your husband a wig or your wife a hat to hide her hair. That way they can go in your place.
  2. Call the office and tell them that you won’t be able to complete a cleaning because you have an appointment. That way they can arrange with the client what to do.
  3. Ask your friend to go for you. You can give them your Busy Bee Shirt. He/She is a good cleaner.
  4. Ask the client if you can come another day, or on the weekend. No need to bother the office with a simple rescheduling. It’s only for one time.

The correct answer is 2!

You have to let us know of ANY changes in your schedule. We handle rescheduling in the office. Just call us and let us know what is going on. If not we will charge the client for the day you were supposed to go, and not pay you for the day you rescheduled. We have to keep track of changes like this.

Remember keep open communication at all times.

Zdałeś właśnie sobie sprawę z tego ze masz apointment w tym samym czasie co powinieneś być w pracy i sprzątnąć  biuro klienta. Jest to tylko w tym tygodniu i nie możesz być w dwóch miejscach na raz.

  1. Daj swojej zonie/mężowi perukę lub kapelusz aby ukryć włosy żeby mógł pójść za ciebie do pracy.
  2. Zadzwoń do superwizora i powiedz im ze nie będziesz mogła skończyć dzisiejszej pracy z powodu apointmentu aby można było zorganizować tobie jakieś zastępstwo albo ustalić z klientem zmiany.
  3. Zapytaj swoja przyjaciółkę czy może iść daj jej Busy Bee koszulkę przecież nikt nie zwróci uwagi .
  4. Zapytaj klienta czy możesz przyjść w inny dzień lub tydzień . nie ma co zawracać głowy w biurze to tylko mała jednorazowa zmiana w grafiku

Musimy wiedzieć o wszelkich zmianach w grafiku. My w offisie zajmiemy się tym. Tylko zadzwoń do nas lub superwizora i powiedz co się dzieje. Bo jeśli my nic o tym nie wiemy skasujemy klienta za service on się robi wściekły za to ze go próbujemy oszukać i w łatwy sposób odwadnia nam nasza „nieuczciwość” my w biurze musimy wiedzieć o wszelkich zmianach. Pamiętaj o komunikacji przez cały czas.
