You are working and you find a cardboard box on the floor that has some things in it that look like garbage, what do you do?

 A. Throw it away. I mean it already looks like
garbage.

B. Don’t touch it, if possible leave a note on
the reception’s desk saying, “Is the box on the floor garbage?” and wait for
them to answer you next time you go there.
If you can’t leave a note, call the office and tell them of the
situation.

C. Throw the box away and leave the stuff on a
table.

D. Just leave the box where it is.

The correct answer is B.  If the box is not empty, don’t throw it out.  Before doing any action you must
find out if the box is garbage, so leave a note, or call the office and have us ask them.  Letting the client know that
you are aware of the box is important because it shows that you are checking all the small details.

Background story for this question:

Once there was a Busy Bee employee working for a fashion company.  One day when she was cleaning she spotted a
box on the floor.  She checked the box and saw what she thought were ugly shirts, and she threw out the box because
she believed it was garbage.  Turns out it wasn’t garbage, but a box of new samples that the company had been waiting
for weeks to arrive. The clients were furious when they called us, and unfortunately no explanation could ease them, and we lost the account.  So, please don’t assume something is garbage, and remember the saying, “one man’s trash is another man’s treasure”.

Jest bardzo wazne zeby klient wiedzial ze sprawdzasz co zrobic z pudlami. W ten sposob klient widzi jak zwracasz uwage na szczegoly w trkacie sprztania. 

Historia tego pytania:

 Pewnego dnia byla pracowniczka Busy Bee sprzatajaca jedno z biur mody w trakcie sprzatania zauważyła pudełko na podłodze kolo smietnika. Sprawdziła i zobaczyła, ze zawartosica pudelka były koszulkie takie jaskies niezbyt ladne i wygniecione wiec je wyrzucila. Okazalo się, że nie byly to śmieci lecz paczka z chin z próbkami modeli na przyszly sezon, na ktorych przybycie firma czekała 3 miesiace.  Klient byl wściekly, kiedy nas wezwal do wyjasnienia. Nasze wyjasnienia niestety nie pomogly zeby zatrzymac długoletniego klienta. Więc, jezeli nie jest to oczywiste proszę nie zakładać, ze sa to smieci.   Prosze pamietac o powiedzeniu „śmieci jednego człowieka są skarbem innego” J
