How Much Does Reoccurring Commercial/Office Cleaning Service Cost in NYC?

The cost for commercial and office cleaning service can vary based on the following factors;

  • Frequency (How often do you require services?)

This is important because discounts are offered when office cleaning is more frequent.

  • Square footage

Frequency: 5 Times a Week Price = $375

The difference in the pricing in this final example is ONLY $15 , this is now below the standard hourly rate for office cleaning. You may be thinking why so little in cost difference for two days additional days of office cleaning. The answer is simple in this case, it will take longer to clean up after 50 employees every other day as it would if done daily.
