Busy Bee Quality Assurance
Our quality inspector makes random visits to the client premises. He uses custom checklist, and scores the cleaners’ performance. He also leaves an inspection record showing time, sore and name of the cleaner in the janitorial closet. If the performance rating is not satisfactory the inspector will visit the cleaner within 2 weeks to recheck his or her performance.
We schedule meetings with our clients on a regular basis to maintain a high level of satisfaction. During these meetings we address all problem areas, and work to fix reoccurring quality inconsistencies.
At Busy Bee, we know there’s nothing more important in our line of work than quality. Without strict adherence to rigorous high-quality standards, we cannot earn and maintain your trust. Without your trust, we cannot continue to be part of your success. For that reason, when you choose Busy Bee for your cleaning service and janitorial needs, our quality inspector will make random visits to your home or business for the purpose of quality assurance.
One of the many components of a Busy Bee cleaning proposal is a custom checklist, tailor-made to suit the needs of each and every individual client. To ensure that our well-trained employees accomplish all required tasks, this checklist is essential. It serves as our guide to achieving our goals. We strive for high-quality results and your satisfaction upon completion of every assignment. With checklist in-hand, our inspector conducts a walk-through of the home or business and using our stringent scoring system, rates the performance of our team. The inspector will then leave on site the score, the cleaner’s name, the date, and time of day. If the score meets or exceeds our standards, the random visits will continue and all will proceed as normal. However, if the score is below standard and consequently, unsatisfactory, the inspector will visit the home or business within two weeks. He or she will assess the cleaner’s performance, with expectations toward a marked level of improvement.
With some cleaning services in New York City, once you pay your bill, the cleaning service is no longer motivated to achieve excellence. These kinds of contract cleaning services, unfortunately, tarnish the name of companies like ours. At Busy Bee, we work tirelessly, every day, to earn and maintain our stellar reputation.
We know that professionalism and high-quality service means not just acquiring new customers; it means keeping their business. Your satisfaction is our goal, which means we work hard to help you increase your business and your client base by providing you with a clean, aesthetically-appealing, healthy environment. In addition to providing quality assurance inspections, we do much more. We conduct periodic checks of our performance. Rather than operate as a faceless company that sends anonymous workers to clean your workplace and leave, we prefer to create a professional relationship with you. And we develop our relationships with face-to-face meetings with our clients.
Scheduling regular meetings with our customers ensures that any and all issues are addressed. We come to you for your feedback, suggestions, and to address performance issues that may occur. We believe it is our responsibility not just to offer the best cleaning and janitorial services possible, but to continuously look for ways to improve upon our performance. We realize that here in NYC, you have choices when it comes to your cleaning service needs. We want to earn and keep your business, and your trust.
