Our quality inspector makes random visits to the client premises. He uses custom checklist, and scores the cleaners’ performance. He also leaves an inspection record showing time, sore and name of the cleaner in the janitorial closet. If the performance rating is not satisfactory the inspector will visit the cleaner within 2 weeks to recheck his or her performance.

We schedule meetings with our clients on a regular basis to maintain a high level of satisfaction. During these meetings we address all problem areas, and work to fix reoccurring quality inconsistencies.

We strive for high-quality results and your satisfaction upon completion of every assignment. With checklist in-hand, our inspector conducts a walk-through of the home or business and using our stringent scoring system, rates the performance of our team. The inspector will then leave on site the score, the cleaner’s name, the date, and time of day. If the score meets or exceeds our standards, the random visits will continue and all will proceed as normal. However, if the score is below standard and consequently, unsatisfactory, the inspector will visit the home or business within two weeks. He or she will assess the cleaner’s performance, with expectations toward a marked level of improvement.
