We’ve only been with Busy Bee for a couple of months, and we are so happy with it. Not only are thy easily reached, but more than happy to help. We recently had a last minute request for a deep cleaning on top of our daily cleaning and it took less than 10 minutes to get it scheduled and planned out. MARTHA is absolutely wonderful, pays close attention to detail, and is always open to feedback. It’s so nice knowing that we will walk into a clean and organized office every morning.

Haven’t been this satisfied in a long time, we had an event in NY and we needed a cleaning service, we looked around and found Busy Bee Cleaning Service. I must say that they are AMAZING. The cleaners Gloria, Nelly and Dora did a fantastic job cleaning!!!! I would use them again for any and every event I host. GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT WORKERS!! I would definitely recommend them to everybody.

Busy Bee does a quality job in a timely manner. The office staff (Leslie) is sensitive to our needs and requests as a family. They cleaned my aunts apartment in Brooklyn and I couldn’t be more happier with the job that was done!We requested a deep cleaning of her apartment and it was done in an efficient and timely manner. This morning i was in need of some cleaning services for my gaming design studio and i gave Busy Bee Cleaning services a call. I had the most wonderful experience when i spoke to the receptionist. She was courteous and very knowledgeable. If the rest of the staff is as helpful as the receptionist then i am strongly considering procuring their services.

Great company. The cleaners that I have encountered have been Immaculate. The customer service department responds to emails right away and process requests immediately. Any time I have had an issue they have sent their quality assurance manager right away to fix the problem. I highly recommend this cleaning company. They aren’t just going to make you sign a contract and forget about you.
