NEVER mix bleach and acids. What contains acid? :Vinegar

• Drain cleaners
• Lime, calcium and rust removal products
• Brick and concrete cleaners

NEVER mix bleach and ammonia What products may

contain ammonia? :

• Glass and window cleaners
• Urine (use caution when cleaning diaper pails or litter
• boxes)
• Interior and exterior paints

Why? Mixing bleach with acids or ammonia create TOXIC gases that can seriously hurt your health or even cause death.

What are symptoms to toxic gas inhalation?

Coughing ,Shortness of Breath, Nausea, Watery Eyes, Nose and Throat Irritation

Even too much bleach is dangerous!

Once during a dorm cleaning, the cleaners requested bleach to help clean the mold in the bathrooms. The cleaners poured large amounts of bleach and let it soak in the walls hoping this would take the mold off of the grout. They did this in a locked room while they continued to spray other cleaning chemicals on the glass and floor to continue with their cleaning. Soon the cleaners began to feel light headed, they started coughing and had to be sent home because they got sick!

Jednego razu podczas sprzatania akademików jedna ze sprzatajacych poprosiła o bleach do usuniecia grzyba w łazience. Polała bleach w dużych ilościach w łazience I zemknęła drzwi. Niewiele czasu musiało minąć aż zaczęła kaszleć, zrobila się czerwona się jej zrobiło I musiała wracać do domu.
